参考消息网6月8日报道 据“自由欧洲电台”网站报道，俄罗斯国家杜马6月7日几乎一致通过两项法案，结束欧洲人权法院对俄罗斯的管辖权。法案还必须由总统普京签字才能成为法律。
据报道，其中一项法案将把俄罗斯移出欧洲人权法院的管辖范围，另一项法案把3月15日定为对俄罗斯裁决的终止日期，这意味着此后的任何裁决都将不予执行。（编译/赵菲菲）
