格隆汇5月24日丨复宏汉霖(02696.HK)发布公告，公司已于2022年5月24日与 Abbott Operations Uruguay S.R.L.订立一份产品许可协议，据此，公司同意授予Abbott于巴西联邦共和国内及领域内对汉利康®及汉曲优®进行商业化的半独家许可，以及作为备用生产商或委托备用生产商生产许可产品的非独家许可。
