记者从无锡地区房产中介处了解到无锡多家银行首套房贷利率今日起最低降至4.4%。无锡一家大行某支行信贷工作人员表示，该行自今日起首套房贷利率降为4.4%，之前为4.6%，二套不变为5.2%。（财联社记者 高萍）
