5月10日，中国证券投资基金业协会 发布《基金从业人员管理规则》及配套规则。为落实《证券投资基金法》《证券基金经营机构董事、 监事、高级管理人员及从业人员监督管理办法》《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》要求，加强基金从业人员自律管理，中基协起草上述《管理规则》。
