据新华社消息，5月6日上午，湖南长沙居民自建房倒塌事故第七次新闻发布会举行。会议通报，经过紧急救援，湖南长沙居民自建房倒塌事故现场救援工作已经结束。
截至5月6日3时3分，事故现场被困、失联人员已全部找到，其中获救10人，遇难53人。
