上证报中国证券网讯 *ST达志29日早间公告，公司控股子公司衡阳领湃于近日与南京恒天领锐签署《采购合作协议》。衡阳领湃将作为恒天领锐的战略供应商，恒天领锐优先采购衡阳领湃电池产品，恒天领锐计划2022年至2025年向衡阳领湃采购不低于人民币3亿元电池。
