证券时报e公司讯，海德股份(000567)4月24日晚间公告，与拟投资设立合伙企业，对航天科工火箭技术有限公司进行增资扩股。公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金认缴出资1.8亿元，出资比例为81.78%。科工火箭是中国航天三江集团成立的国内首家商业航天公司。
