智通财经APP讯，庄士中国(00298)及庄士机构国际(00367)公告，有关庄士中国的全资附属公司Chinaculture.comLimited(Chinaculture)代表北海集团有限公司(00701)对作为被告的林定波、庄志坤及徐浩铨(第一至第三名被告)及作为名义被告的北海展开衍生诉讼。
Chinaculture 已于2022年4月20日接获香港特别行政区原讼法庭就衍生诉讼作出的判决。根据判决，衍生诉讼被驳回。
