格隆汇4月19日丨德信中国(02019.HK)公布，于2022年4月18日，公司已将所需资金悉数存入境外银行账户，用作于2022年4月22日按未偿还本金额连同累计至到期日(即2022年4月23日)的利息悉数偿还于2022年到期的2亿美元11.875%优先票据(“2022年票据”)。
公司认为到期赎回2022年票据并无对其财务状况产生任何重大不利影响。完成赎回后，2022年票据将被注销及自联交所除名。
