4月18日，深交所创业板公司管理部向晓程科技发出监管函：2021年4月27日，公司披露的《关于前期会计差错更正的公告》显示，公司对涉及2019年度的部分事项会计处理进行差错更正，并对2019年度财务数据进行追溯调整，调增营业收入25,964.20万元，调增归属于上市公司股东的净利润3,453.13万元。公司的上述行为违反了深交所相关规定。
