路透社4月13日消息，德国电信宣布向软银集团支付24亿美元购买T-Mobile US的额外股份，距离持有这家美国子公司多数股权的目标更进一步。
根据声明，德国电信以每股113美元的均价买入T-Mobile US的2120万股股票，持股比例从低于47%增至48.4%。
