上交所官网消息，为进一步规范破产重整等事项中的信息披露行为、切实提高上市公司质量，上海证券交易所制定了《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第13号——破产重整等事项》，适用于主板、科创板上市公司。现予以发布，并自发布之日起施行。《科创板上市公司持续监管通用业务规则目录》同步调整。
