根据国务院联防联控机制有关规定，经市指挥部研究决定，自发布之日起，将海州区明珠皇冠花园 1 号楼、香豪凯旋广场 5 号楼、海南小区 32 号楼、平高府邸 4 栋由中风险地区调整为低风险地区。调整后，连云港市全域均为低风险地区。
