上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）中天金融公告，公司控股股东金世旗控股在申万宏源证券有限公司的2笔股票质押合约已到期待购回。根据相关规定，金世旗控股与申万宏源证券有限公司签订《股份转让协议》，拟通过协议转让方式将其持有的公司299,401,197股无限售流通股转让给申万宏源证券有限公司，占公司股份总数的4.27%。标的股份转让价格为1.67元/股，转让价款共计499,999,998.99元。
