中证网讯（记者 黄一灵）3月27日晚，上交所发布关于应对疫情优化自律监管服务、进一步保障市场运行若干措施的通知。在股票发行上市审核和发行承销方面，上交所表示，将提供“云上市”服务。鼓励发行人根据实际情况合理安排发行上市时间，上交所提供免费网络直播上市仪式服务，并支持发行人在疫情影响消除后，补办现场上市仪式。
