据CGTN报道，利沃夫州长Maksym Kozytsky表示，在俄罗斯军事行动全面推进以来，已有100多万人穿越国境逃到波兰，还有40多万人在利沃夫地区避难。他表示，政府行政部门、当地企业、志愿者民众等多方力量联合在一起，正努力为难民提供食物、住所和生活必需品等。
