智通财经APP讯，百勤油服(02178)公布，于2022年2月24日，深圳百勤、百勤重庆及百勤钻井(统称“中国附属公司)与百勤惠州集团订立框架买卖协议，中国附属公司同意向百勤惠州集团采购完井产品、增产产品及钻井产品，自2022年2月24日起至2024年12月31日止，为期3年，框架买卖协议项下拟进行的交易的建议各年年度上限不得超过990万港元。
