07:44 【资产证券化项目开年首月募资不足1500亿】财联社2月24日电，2022年开年我国资产证券化市场迎来“倒春寒”。Wind最新数据显示，1月份我国资产证券化项目（以下简称“ABS”）共发行126期，募集金额共计1433.47亿元，同比减少34.1%。对此，业内专家表示，受房地产市场放缓和春节等因素影响，1月份ABS发行规模同比大幅减少，预计2022年全年我国资产证券化发行量增速将放缓。
