“德勤Deloitte”微信公众号消息，2月17日，德勤中国宣布已签订协议，收购低碳亚洲大部分咨询业务。通过收购，低碳亚洲大部分咨询业务、其所有客户和特选专业人员将合并到德勤中国的气候变化与可持续发展服务团队，成为德勤低碳亚洲。低碳亚洲于2008年成立，是一家位于中国香港的可持续发展咨询公司，并于新加坡和澳大利亚设有业务。
