附二医（学院路）周边临时停车场即将完工，约860个新增临时停车位预计于今年二月底投用，届时将有效缓解附二医周边车辆通行和停车压力。位于飞霞南路东侧老党校地块，占地28000平方米，拟建860个临时停车位，其中供社会使用500个以上。
