本报北京1月24日电(记者杜海涛)2021年，全国海关深化税收征管方式改革，进一步提升税收征管效能，深化综合治税，规范非贸税收征管，全年税收入库20126亿元，增长17.7%，首次突破两万亿元，超额完成税收预算目标。据统计，2021年12月，进口、出口货物整体通关时间分别压缩至32.97小时、1.23小时，比2017年分别压缩66.14%、89.98%。
