新华社香港1月13日电（记者王茜）香港交易所13日发布2021年市场统计数据显示，截至2021年12月31日证券市场市值为423811亿港元，同比下降10.82%。
数据显示，2021年新上市公司98家，比2020年的154家下降36.36%。其中有20家生物科技公司，比2020年的14家上升了42.86%。
同时，集资额较2020年的高位有所回落。2021年首次公开招股集资额为3288亿港元，较2020年下降了17.82%。
