乐居买房讯据合富研究院数据显示，2021年12月珠海商品房网签共5479套，环比上涨13%，网签面积共379724㎡，环比上涨14%。其中住宅网签2708套，环跌7%。
从去年12月珠海住宅网签排名来看，位于金湾区的佳兆业金域都荟排名第四，住宅网签共97套。佳兆业金域都荟位于珠海市金湾区南达西路金洲小学东南侧约30米，项目有近4000㎡的商业街的配套。
