智通财经APP获悉，12月28日，北京忆恒创源科技股份有限公司(简称“忆恒创源”)申请科创板上市已获受理。中金公司为其保荐机构，拟募资8.02亿元。
招股书显示，忆恒创源是国内领先的企业级SSD产品及技术服务提供商。报告期内，公司主要产品为企业级PCIe SSD、技术服务及技术授权。
