格隆汇12月21日丨中航重机(600765.SH)公布，为确保航空工业特材有序恢复生产经营，持续稳定发展，进一步维护航空工业特材各股东及债权人的合法权益，结合其现状及后续业务发展计划，现拟由航空工业特材各股东实施同比例增资，增加注册资本2亿元，增资完成后，航空工业特材的注册资本由5.228亿元增至7.228亿元。
