近日，郑州万华实业与北京中甬商奥莱项目签约仪式在中牟万华V世界广场成功举办。
双方将投资近3亿元人民币，共同打造国内首家以国际品牌、网络直播基地为特色和标准城市奥特莱斯为组合的集旅游、休闲、购物为一体的世界级名牌折扣购物中心——万华V世界城市综合体，项目位于中牟县南片区（万邦北临），占地68亩、建筑面积约8万㎡。
据悉，有望2022年“五一”开业。
