当地时间12月4日，苏丹过渡主权委员会主席、苏丹武装部队总司令布尔汉在接受媒体采访时表示，在2023年苏丹举行大选组建文官政府之后，军队将退出国家政治事务。
布尔汉同时表示，正在与国际刑事法院保持对话，讨论包括前总统巴希尔在内受通缉人员的处置问题。（总台记者 张亚宁）
