北京时间12月1日早间消息，网易云音乐公开发行最终定价为每股205港元，定价为推介区间中点。网易云音乐计划于12月2日在香港联合交易所挂牌上市，证券代码为“9899”。此次融资后，网易云音乐将募集资金共计32.8亿港元（折合人民币26.9亿元），发行市值425.90亿港元。（新浪科技）
