提要：是志刻于北齐武平四年（573），盖题篆书“齐开府仆射赫连公铭”。妻志刻于北齐河清三年（564）。志主赫连子悦，字士忻，胡夏开国君赫连勃勃之玄孙。志石民国间河南安阳出土，首归洛阳雷氏，后归鸳鸯七志斋，1938年于右任捐藏西安碑林。此为民国初拓本，有洛阳雷氏后人藏印。
