上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）顺丰控股公告，公司控股子公司同城实业于2021年11月26日获其保荐人告知，其保荐人已于当日收到香港联交所发来的信函，信函显示香港联交所原则上同意同城实业递交的首次公开发行H股股票并在香港联交所主板上市的申请。同城实业上市前尚需取得香港联交所的最终批准。
