证券时报e公司讯，恩华药业(002262)11月25日晚间公告，公司为了加强新产品的开发力度，丰富公司在中枢神经治疗领域的产品线，增强公司的核心竞争力，公司近期与丹麦灵北制药公司（简称“Lundbeck”）就中枢神经领域新药LuAF35700的研发合作事宜进行商谈并签署《许可协议》。恩华与Lundbeck就抗精神分裂症药物LuAF35700在大中华区（包含中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾）达成独家许可协议。
