23日，从哈尔滨师大夜市获悉，夜市于11月23日开市啦，市场营业时间为16：30-22：00。
此前，为应对暴风雪天气，师大夜市宣布暂时闭市。目前，城区主干街路已基本清理完毕，为满足市民以及外地游客需求，师大夜市决定开市。
