据央视新闻消息，11月17日，菲律宾国防部长洛伦扎纳向媒体证实，他的新冠病毒检测结果呈阳性。这已经是他第二次感染新冠病毒。他在2021年4月首次感染新冠病毒。
洛伦扎纳曾于16日在参议院出席会议，这可能会对参议院的工作造成影响。
