测定叶轮外挡板尺寸，卡扣，泵座内径。二次配合间隙均在检测量表规定的范围之内。当超出允许偏差时，更换部件，或者使用其它方法(如堆焊、插补)来使间隙符合校准要求。另外，还会影响泵的性能、流量、扬程、轴平衡等。转子罩外观观察及检查。尤其要注意焊缝的异常状况。如有必要，应检测泄漏。
