网友爆料，近日，在海丰某广场的灯柱上，看到一只风筝缠绕在顶端的灯盘上。据了解，有时候会有人在广场上放风筝，一旦缠住了路灯、电线等设施，不仅影响市容市貌，还存在安全隐患。希望广大市民选择在郊外空旷的地方放风筝，远离市内电力设施设备较为密集之地。
