根据克而瑞湖南区域昨日发布的10月月报数据显示，10月长沙商品房供应面积129.43万方，同比上涨17.29%，环比上涨23.76%。成交面积76.20万方，同比下跌42.26%，环比下跌18.52%。成交均价12924元/平，同比上涨8.95%，环比上涨0.90%。
