10月25日，读者任先生向“辽沈帮帮帮”反映，在沈阳市文体西路龙王庙公园附近路段，人行道上悬挂着很多晾衣绳，“附近有很多洗车店，洗完的车内脚垫很多在这里晾晒，影响行人通行。”记者在现场看到，这条人行道上确有很多绳索悬挂在路中央，其中还悬挂着清洗过后的车脚垫，行人不得不在一旁钻过，非常影响通行。
