据海南省人社厅日前发布的信息，海南省将积极引导用人单位和劳动者参照《海南省电子劳动合同工作指引》协商一致订立电子劳动合同，保护双方合法权益。依法订立的电子劳动合同将与书面劳动合同具有同等法律效力，从2022年1月1日起实施。
