10月16日早上，重庆市气象台发布最新雨情统计。
根据统计，10月15日07时-16日07时，重庆各地阴天有阵雨，雨量小雨到中雨，局地大雨到暴雨。涪陵、忠县、彭水等3个区县的5个雨量站暴雨，最大雨量66.5毫米，出现在忠县忠州镇，城口黄安坝出现了雨夹雪。大部地区的气温为11℃-19℃。
