证券时报e公司讯，凯美特气(002549)9月26日晚间公告，控股子公司岳阳凯美特电子特种稀有气体有限公司生产的用于ExciStar激光器的193nm激光混配气已在Coherent(相干)德国公司设备上经过了测试，并于2021年9月24日收到Coherent(相干)公司发来的针对以上激光混配气产品通过其测试结果的确认函。
