9月26日，福州市公安局发布消息，福州市副市长、公安局局长潘东升因公殉职。潘东升同志因长期超负荷工作，积劳成疾，在工作岗位上突发疾病。经全力抢救无效，于9月25日12时35分不幸因公殉职。（东方网·纵相视频 孔文龙）
