据克而瑞监测，1-7月，武汉商品住宅成交超10万套，成交均价近1.7万元/平方。监测的82个板块（其中9个板块无商品住宅成交）。
成交量最高的板块为光谷中心城，超7千余套，成交量不足百套的板块包括后官湖、东湖风景区、北湖化工、武昌古城、卓刀泉等板块。
此外，今年供应断档的汉口滨江、徐东等板块整体成交量亦较少。
