8月18日，中船桂江造船有限公司收到了西非拖轮项目中标通知书。
该项目包括三型三艘海上多用途拖船：50M（5000HP）全回转多用途拖轮1艘，36M（5000HP）全回转拖轮1艘，20M（1000HP）工作船1艘，入级BV，合同金额超1.1亿元，船东为西非原油管道（贝宁）股份有限公司（West African Oil Pipeline(Benin) Company S.A.），该公司为中石油的海外公司。
