证券时报e公司讯，江丰电子(300666)8月19日晚间公告，公司拟与宁波同丰企业管理咨询合伙企业、丽水江丰股权投资合伙企业、景德镇城丰特种陶瓷产业投资合伙企业、张桐滨、赵小辉共同投资设立宁波芯丰精密科技有限公司。芯丰精密的注册资本为3000万元，公司拟以货币方式出资600万元，占比20%。芯丰精密设立旨在制造半导体晶圆加工设备和材料，为半导体客户提供高品质的产品与服务。
