DoNews 8月16日消息（张佳）近日有消费者在黑猫投诉平台投诉称，自己购买的 AOC 显示器仍在保修期内，但是在使用时出现花屏、缺色问题，6 月 22 日送到维修站，但维修站以设备进蟑螂为由不提供保修服务。
用户表示，AOC 售后方面起初承诺 7 个工作日修好，但过了 7 天后，维修站表示在等待配件，10 多天后再次致电确认时，售后表示第二天可以修好，于是用户继续等待。
结果 7 月 14 日，售后通知用户称显示器进蟑螂，不能提供保修。用户认为 AOC 售出商品存在质量问题，售后违反三包政策，要求售后方面提供维修服务。
