证券时报网讯，据海南省自然资源和规划厅12日消息，经海南省政府同意，海南省自然资源和规划厅日前下发《关于落实最严格耕地保护制度制止耕地“非农化”行为的通知》要求，严格执行“六个严禁”，坚决制止耕地“非农化”行为，落实最严格的耕地保护制度，严守耕地保护红线和粮食安全底线。
