8月6日，市区凤山路阳光路段供热管道提升改造工程开始建设围挡、挖掘路面，进入施工阶段。
近年来，随着城市框架的不断拉大，市区集中供热面积成倍增加，市民反映供热质量不高、供暖期室温较低，老旧供热管网故障频发等问题屡见不鲜。市委、市政府站在提高人民群众的获得感、幸福感的角度启动了市区换热站及管网系统提升改造工程。（吕梁日报）
