上证报中国证券网讯（记者 张艳芬）根据银保监会7月30日消息，银保监会同意上海银行筹建上银理财有限责任公司，上海银行自批复之日起6个月内完成筹建工作，筹建期间接受上海银保监局的监督指导，不得从事金融业务活动。
