中证网讯（记者 杨澎）容百科技（688005）7月26日晚间公告，公司收到下游客户孚能科技（赣州）股份有限公司高镍三元正极材料长期采购订单意向，双方于近日签署正极材料采购框架协议。根据框架协议，2021年下半年、2022年全年孚能科技将向公司分别采购5505吨、30953吨高镍三元正极材料。
