祝贺 | IDC國際設計中心荣获2021柏林设计奖和缪斯设计奖

由IDC國際設計中心出品的恩宁路阶砖巷，于国际性奖项角逐中，突出重围，斩获柏林设计奖（Berlin Design Awards 2021）银奖和缪斯设计奖（Muse Design Awards2021)银奖双项荣誉。

Jie Zhuan Xiang Designed by IDC - International Design Center has stood out in the international design competitions and won the silver award of Berlin Design Awards 2021 and the silver award of Muse Design Awards 2021.

项目位于恩宁路历史文化街区，隶属极具广州都市人文底蕴的西关老城核心区，其整体规划由郭谦老师带领指导改造，且一直备受瞩目。为推进城市历史文化街区的保护与更新，设计团队被委托对街区的粤博西段进行改造与活化，使其重新焕发生机，让城市留下记忆。

This project is located in the historical and cultural block of Enning Road, a core area with rich cultural heritage in Guangzhou Xiguan. Over the past few years, the regeneration program of this area is guided by Mr.Guo Qian, the chief planner. In order to promote the protection and regeneration of this historical neighborhood, the design team is commissioned to renovate and revitalize the west section of the Cantonese Opera Art Museum (COAM). Our initial design purpose is to rejuvenate it and keep a memory for the city.

恩宁路阶砖巷 Jie Zhuan Xiang, Enning Road

项目旨在延续西关街区传统特色，最大化保留原有街巷肌理以及具有岭南特色和历史印记的三板石路面，使用特色工艺与材料还原传统街区的历史风貌，突出岭南地区的地方特色与在地文化，体现整个片区“微改造”的设计初衷。同时设计与更符合当代发展趋势的人性化社区理念相结合，引入更多体现城市文化的业态，打造富有人文性、地域性、生活化的城市新型街区。

The project aims to continue the traditional character of Xiguan neighborhood, and to original urban fabric of dense street network, to make pedestrianization and to keep the tri-plate stone pavements of streets, which can highlight the Lingnan features and historical imprints. Using special crafts and materials not only helps us to restore the historical features of this area, but also reflects our initial design intention of "micro-renovation". Meanwhile, the design is integrated with the concept of people-oriented community, which is more in line with the contemporary development trend. It introduces business format, which reflects local culture, to create a new urban neighborhood with humanity, regionality and urban street life.

由于该项目临近片区地标-粤剧艺术博物馆，为了将人流更好地引入片区内部，体现出项目整体“联系共生，有机融合”的设计理念。设计通过体块穿插的手法形成大量骑楼空间，为人们遮风挡雨的同时，将人流自然引入到街巷内部。建筑首层保留广州西关骑楼原有的商业功能与处理手法，上层则作为个性化创意办公空间与首层商业进行一体化串联，打造以非遗体验、文化创意为主的沉浸式人文风情体验区。

Since the project is close to the COAM, to better introduce people into the site, the design creates varied arcade space in utilizing architectural block inserted each other .This featured space shelters people from wind and rain, and reflects our overall design concept of "Connection, Symbiosis, Organic Integration" between the renovated buildings and the original ones at the same time. The ground floor of these buildings retains the commercial function to deliver the original design philosophy from Xiguan Shop house, the upper floor is used as a personalized creative office space, which can be connected to the commercial space downstairs. The project aims to create an immersive humanistic experience area based on intangible heritage experience and cultural creativity.

设计团队对场地内的既有建筑进行了现场勘查与实地调研，根据房屋结构现状将其分为保护、修缮、整治、复建与新建五类，进而针对不同类型建筑分别提出修缮措施。建筑立面改造总体遵循岭南传统建筑的立面风格，以青砖，红砖，青瓦，浅灰色水刷石等传统材料为主，片区整体冷暖色调穿插错落设置，讲求组团内部的合理搭配以及与周边街巷的有机融合。同时结合具有现代感的深灰色铝合金框料以及超白玻璃，形成新旧材料的对比，凸显新建及改造后建筑的个性，塑造历史文化与现代生活交融的独特氛围。

The design team conducted on-site surveys and field investigations on the existing buildings, and divided them into five categories: protection, repair, renovation, restoration and new construction according to the current situation of their structure, and then proposed renovation measures for different categories accordingly. The building facade renovation generally follows the styles of traditional Lingnan buildings, which are mainly built in black bricks, red bricks, grey tiles, and light gray water-brushed stones and other traditional materials. The entire block is alternately set with cold and warm tones, which not only emphasizes the reasonable collocation within the block, but also considers the organic integration with the surrounding neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the combination with modern materials such as dark gray aluminum frame and ultra-white glass, forms a contrast between new and old materials, highlights the personality of the renovated buildings, and create a unique atmosphere that blends historical culture and modern street life.

International Design Center (GuangDong Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd) is composed of creative architects and urban designers with educational backgrounds in China, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, Australia, and Taiwan (China). The design team has a strong sense of architecture. Based on the intentions of design philosophy, we are hoping to combine the domestic national conditions and Chinese regional culture with our foreign educational background and vision to create our own Chinese architecture.

For many years, the International Design Center team has been engaged in the pre-planning and proposal design of high-end projects, and several projects have been designed and put into use during the whole process from concept design to construction. The types of buildings involved include: ecological and humanistic residential projects, large scale TOD complex projects (including star hotels, offices, apartments, commercial streets, shopping malls, etc.), TOD mode transportation hub complex projects, old city revitalization and old village renovation projects, etc. We promote sustainability, human scale, innovation, local culture and social responsibility in all our projects.
